Winter Cleaning

OK Girls I need help I don't really like spring cleaning I prefer to do it in the winter when were feeling down and when we're all thinking that spring will never come. So This weekend is my day for it, if you have any tips or hints that could help me out a bit that would be great I would just love it if you could help.. I'd love it even more if y'all were here to help me with the cleaning but I don't think that will happen. LOL Here is a list of my problem areas if you have any ideas please please please put them in the comments and I'll check back into my blog through out the weekend and if you don't see this message until after the weekend you can still post you tips and hints cause I could always use a helping hand. Last but not least...Phoenix.

I think this will be the hardest off all 3 boys to write about because he is only 7.5 months old and really doesn't have to many likes and dislikes. But I will try and do my best, and start where I started with the other 2.
Born on July 1 2006 at 1154pm at Scarborough General Hospital weighing 10lbs and 13oz. Yes he was a BIG BOY, and still is. Phoenix's nickname is Phoenie( pronounced Fee knee).His full name is Phoenix Hayden Crosier.
He is also a spitting image of his mommy at least I think he is and mom says he does have some of my looks. Eddie's mom is trying to claim him as looking like Eddie, I don't think so, he is totally me.
Ok on to his likes/dislikes. He really really hates being left alone anywhere if he can't see you he will and does scream until you do come back. He hates falling off the couch for obvious reasons.... it hurts a lot.
Phoenix likes to be held and snuggled, he has a thing for my necklace it will keep him entertained for at least a good 30 minutes , he has yet to break it(knock on wood).
He is big on playing no matter what it is or even if he is not playing he still loves to watch Zach and Nathan play.( I make them play with him at the same time as they are playing. He is usually the baby that Batman is trying to save from the Riddler. So it is all good.
Phoenix is a big bundle of laughs. You just have to kiss him and he laughs I'm afraid to tickle him in case he laughs so hard he won't be able to stop.. It is quite cute.
Anyways this is Phoenix, the 2nd newest addition to the Johnston clan. He even looks like a Johnston too, maybe I should change his name???
P.S he now has 2 teeth at the bottom.

It's all about Nathan

Today's blog is all about Nathan, or Na as he is often called.
The basic stuff about him: Born September 18 2003 at 930 in the morning at Scarborough General Hospital(all 3 boys were born there because it is just down the street).
Nathan Dallas is his full name the Dallas coming from his Uncle Hike, and the Nathan cause we really liked it.
Nathan is just like Zach but quieter, way quieter than Zach. Na can and does get lost when just holding mommy's hand in the mall that is how quiet he is.(LOL) I have also lost him in the house and let me remind all that may or may not know I have a small bungalow house. Not big at all.
Na is into cars, colouring, drawing, playing batman and crying( I really do think that crying is his favorite pass time)
He goes to a day home with a bunch a boys around his own age for 1/2 a day I pick him up at 1250pm when Arlene( the sitter) takes a few of the boys to school. Which is fine by me because I don't a have a hugh bright to climb over I just cross the street..
Nathan is a really Mommy's boy can't do no wrong at all( NOT) I've been told my mom and Eddie that I babied him too much, I also babied Zach for a long time too. But I think it was cause he wasn't talking. He just started talking at the age of 3. In October he really started now he can say like 2-3 word sentences which is a big improvement from a few months ago. This Mommy is very happy.
So there's really not a lot to tell about Na. He's sweet, he the devil in a cute costume, and he has the attitude of a rock star. You just gotta love Na that's all I can really say. I love him to death hope you do too

I was thinking.....

OK so I was thinking( a wee bit scary but we'll be OK), that since my blog is called Our 3 boys then I really should introduce you all to Our 3 boys.. I mean sure you know there names, what they look like and stuff like that but you don't really know them so starting today I'm going to introduce you to them. Starting with the oldest, tomorrow the middle child and then the youngest. so you can all really get to know them. Because I don't think that people really want to hear me complain all the time on this so I'm going to try and stop doing it. and I'll also include an updated picture. So I'll be starting now.

Edward (Zach)ary Johnston-Crosier was born on March 9Th 2000 at Scarborough General Hospital, Ontario.
Zach is now almost 7 and in grade 1 at Lord Roberts Jr Public School right across the street from our house, and yes because we are so close we are also late almost everyday, His teacher is Ms Quain whom he really really likes. His best friend Audrey is also in his class and has been since jk.
Zach is quite the ladies man he can't go into the school yard without at least 5-7 girls running up to him and then he also gets all the ones that don't run up to him but yell up to him "Hi Zach Hi".
I remember once this year I had to pick Zach up and carry him to his door just so he wasn't mauled by all of them. He doesn't seem to mind but the fact that he is only 6 and 11 months old makes me wonder what he is going to be like later on in life.
Zach also had 2 friends Casey and Sarah fight over him and they did not talk for 2 days according to there parents and babysitter. Casey's mom comes up to me and goes to me "Oh so this is the famous Zach that Casey won't stop talking about." I was in total shock that i couldn't reply to. I was like what do you mean the famous Zach?? Auntie Berta were Heather and Lesley this boy crazy at such a young age? Or is it just today's society?
Zach's Likes and dislikes: Anything Batman is a big like, so is anything fireman and fire trucks he want to be a fireman when he grows up.
His dislikes are being told what to do, pesky little brothers that will make a mess and not help clean it,a quite a bit of foods( green peppers, mushrooms, onions, white bread to name a few).
I was asked by Auntie Berta what colour his eyes are sorry I didn't get back soon but they are Blue the same as mine and the other 2. Eddie has 1 blue and 1 green.
So there you are this is Zach, he is a great kid with a little devil in him as well.

For all of you out in blog world that look forward to seeing what is happening in Burnaby,BC with Updates From Krista., may have to wait for bit longer due to unforeseen events. On Thursday while walking to work Krista was side swipped by a bus. No broken bones, just a bunch of bruises, sprains and strains all down the right side. But will recover nicely.
She just has to remember to stop trying to fight those damn city buses, you can try all you want but your never going to win.

IT"S A BOY!!!!!!!!

Early this morning at 3:14am Eddie's nephew Jon and his girlfriend Bailey had a beautiful baby boy Camron Riley Milne-Smith 5lbs 13oz. I don't have any pictures yet put as soon as I do I'll post some. Eddie is so excited to be a Great Uncle But not as excited as Jon's dad who was sitting on the edge of his seat and ear pressed to the delivery room door. Bailey Did a great job and didn't have that much pain due to the epidural. But all in all Camron, Jon & Bailey are doing great and can't wait to go home.
ps the name, Camron is not spelt wrong they looked it up and I guess that is the Galic way of spelling it.

HE CAN SPEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phoenix, Phoenix is the one that can speak. He said Mama yes Mama not Dada but Mama. The First one to say Mama first too. *sniff* *sniff* he is becoming a big boy, ok well not quite. Also last night he slept all night. Ahh sleep it feels so good LOL. Anyways that is all BYE

The Blog of all Blogs

I have a question to ask all mothers, babysitters & aunties out there in blog land. How often did your kids get sick? I mean really sick? Why do you want to know you are all wondering. Well yet again Phoenix is sick and not just cough cough I'm all better sick either. but COUGH COUGH COUGH gag chock spit up kind of sick. So mom and I spent the night in the ER last night. Phoenix got 4 count them 1 2 3 4 masks to help him breath better and a chest x-ray. If any of you had a chest x-ray done to any of your kids then you know the pure pain of it and for those that haven't let me tell you about it. They put them on a tiny tiny bike seat and then left his arms up way high in the air and then close 2 plastic things around his chest to hold him still. So there he was sitting on this seat thing feet dangling and he starts kicking his legs around. I know it sounds funny cause it was but all at the same time he is crying so that actually cancels out the funny bit of it and breaks your heart. Like really breaks it to little pieces. We didn't get home until midnight and mom had to work this morning.
After we got home he put him in his stroller(that is where the doctors told me to put him to sleep) and he wouldn't sleep. So Eddie was up all night and so was I but that means Eddie can't drive a bus with no sleep so he called in "sick". Which was good cause Phoenix had to go back to the hospital for more tests. He had to get blood tests and a tube up the nose and down this throat to make sure it was clear. Ewww.
The blood test was a blast.. NOT. They couldn't get blood out of one arm so they went on to the other arm. OUCH!!! Mean nurses!. I don't do needles well not even for myself so I left but when I heard him screaming I had to go back in so he knew that mommy was still here( Eddie had gone to find something for lunch).
So all in all and to round out this Blog of all blogs he does not have pheumonia nor does he have bronchitis or asthma,... I know I know What does he have Alli. He has a Lung Infection. Once again. yes did say again. He has been sick 4 or 5 times in the last 7 months.. yes he is only 7 months. So have any of your kids been sick this much or just mine? please let me know.
